What do you need for the quotation?

We need 2D product drawing&3D file, or specific sample with detailed explanation and mold sepcification

How many molds could you make every month?

About 60sets.

How about the tolerance of mold&products?

Mold &products tolerance is about 0.005-0.01mm,

What is your turnaround time for injection mold buiilding?

Usually 3-5 weeks, it also depends on mold structure complexity. We can overwork for your urgent project to shorten the delivery.

Do you provide assembly service?

Yes,we can provide production run and assembly service.we always help cleints develop project from design to finish products

What are your processing equipment?

CNC machining center, CNC lathe, milling machine, engraving machine, injection molding machine,extruder, molding machine.

Can injection products be surface treated? What are the surface treatments?

It is ok. Surface treatment: spray paint, silk screen,electroplating, etc.

Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?

We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress

What is your payment methods your company accepted？

We accepted Bank transfer/Paypal/WU/LC and Etc.

What is shipping methods your company used?

We ususally ship small order by DHL,Fedex,Ups,TNT,if order is big,then we can help ship parcel by Sea or Air,you can choose what you liked.
